"I tried to contact someone here because a package of mine was mistakenly routed here. I gave the unit number, apartment number, my name, and exact date the package would arrive (two days from now) and asked if they could please hold the package for me and I could have someone pick it up, or pick it up myself when in town. I was told they could not help me because "they have too many part time employees and get too many packages". No offer to help whatsoever, when it all it would require is a note. Regret wasting any money here - poor customer service back then and poor now."

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s very convenient and affordable compared to other student housing. The maintenance is usually done within a timely manner and the management is very communicative with their residents when issues arise. My only complaint would be that the amenities, such as the pool, are not always up and running, usually due to inconsiderate residents, but otherwise I think it is worth the price for ASU students."

"Seems to be a bit of a theme in the reviews here. Although, this housing complex is a fun environment to be in, be very careful with damages and charges to your account. What is initially a low rent price on the surface, soon is cancelled out by very subjective fees, convenience fees, and damage fees. They likely will charge your house damages that were already present in the house. They likely won't fix the damages from previous tenants and continue to charge tenants leaving for the same things. Any normal wear on the houses from aging will also likely be charged to you. Was also charged for not returning keys I physically never touched. If you choose to live here, take pictures of everything you can in the house or you could be held liable for hundreds of dollars as they will not work with you to come to a fair solution."

"It’s funny how they make office kids do good reviews for this place while they are not even living there. Be careful from this place and this company in all. My roommate’s dog once broke the window curtains for the kitchen and Redpoint charged $400 to fix that while in market it’s around $50. A lot lot of a hidden fees here and the price rate is super high comparing to what you will get from living there. The gym has some broken machines and it will take forever for them to fix it. The pool most of the time closed. The gate will be broken at least two times a week. If you want to report an issue that you are facing with one of your roommates or neighbors, trust me the office doesn’t care. Good luck moving there"

"The maintenance staff is great! They are prompt with handling requests and efficient. Aaron and Emanuel do a good job following up with residents to give them tips on how to avoid further problems. They’re super friendly and hardworking which makes me feel better knowing that I have people here to help me won’t maintenance problems that I cannot solve myself."
