"Management is a joke. Eric the maintenance man is a GODSEND. But management ????? Horrible. Atrocious. Pay attention to these low reviews. THEY ARE TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. They don’t fix ANYTHING. NOTHING. You get no confirmation or way to see prior submitted work requests. Zero communication. I’m at the end of my rope. This property is being entirely neglected. It’s not safe. It’s worn down and everything in multiple apartments are busted. It’s so bad, functioning here is becoming impossible. washer/dryer broken forever that I’m paying for every month. No fridge. My dishwasher broke since I moved in OVER TWO YEARS AGO. I have ONE working sink it’s not even my kitchen sink, clogged drains everywhere, half my electric sockets don’t even work, I’m missing my smoke detectors! They took them during the first inspection to replace them and guess what ? NEVER CAME BACK and I’ve gone through WAAAAAY too many cans of raids! This apartment complex has done NOTHING. NOOOOOOTHING. Avoid this place like the plague. If you currently live here, and suffering the same stuff google tenant lawyers/advocates —update 12/11/23 New management has been so sweet and very accommodating. I’ve seen more done in the past week, than I have in a whole year. There’s still tons of stuff to be fixed, and will update things as we go."

"This complex is totally unprofessional and the appliances do not function properly. I have been requesting a replacement washer and dryer for over a month now that I actually pay for $50 a month. It hasn’t worked since I moved in 6 months ago and they have yet to solve the problem. Wouldn’t recommend."
