"3 years ago I left a really yood review. Not knowing when I moved out they were gunna give me a eviction? I didnt leave it trashed. I just didnt sign a new lease because my year lease was up amd wanted to do month to month. But now I see they are charging me for breaking a lease I never signed. Which makes it very hard to find a current apartment. It's not like I have the option to go back and finish a year lease out again, and sign it."
"Lived here for about a year. Within that year our walls got water damage and the maintenance personnel did nothing about it. Had to call them about 50+ times for them to do something about it. Then our water heater broke. Spent months taking cold showers. Hot water only lasted 5 mins max and in the winter time it isn’t pleasant. We shouldn’t have to boil a pot of water to take hot showers. Not only that, our neighbors park their trucks inconsiderate of other vehicles. When we try to pay our rent or even turn our keys in because we refused to resign a lease their offices are closed and they claim to be open till 5! They don’t even answer their phones either. So I’m not sure how some people say management is amazing."
"Great place to call Home!!! I have lived at Hidden Glen Apartments for several years, I started with a one bedroom and now moving to a 2 bedroom. From the beginning management has been available and they are easy to talk to. They are always friendly and professional. Any issues that I’ve had, maintenance takes care of it promptly. Living in an apartment complex that you are able to communicate with management is very important to me."
