"I have lived here for almost 5 years now, there have been a few changes. I see some people have reported issues with pests, I have never had that problem, but know neighbors that have. Keep your apartment clean and you will not have that issue. This area is perfect next to two different gas stations, and two different freeways. The maintenance man stay busy and always do a fine job for me! Will say that you need to watch your back. The last office lady ( now gone, shocker) lied about an attack from a resident animal."

"5 star staff - previous office mgr, current office mgr and her supervisor and maintenance guys! Struggling to get back on my feet and they have helped in any way they can. Easy online or paper app accepted. Transparent with all costs. Free assigned coverd parking :) Much nicer apt than my old apt down the street. Nice mix of quiet, pleasant neighbors. "We have lived here for a little over 3 years. The management is great, maintenance is great, both are always very kind, prompt and helpful. The area has improved greatly since the summer of 2017 when we moved in. Rent increases have been minimal. The apartments are dated and the interior quality is baseline but the monthly rent is also the cheapest we have seen in the area. If you need an affordable apartment with dependable staff Parkside is a good option!"
