"You’d think paying $1650 a month to live in a 1B1B, things would be getting fixed. From the gate that has been open for the last 4-5 months (not the 1st time this has happened). Since this new company has taken over, rent has gone up almost $200 in total. The pool gets closed and there’s 0 communication. The walkways in building A look like a crime scene with how disgusting they are. They change the bike room lock and don’t tell anyone for 2 months then tell me they don’t have keys yet. And just as a topping to it all, you’ll be living and swimming with the homeless people of Tempe. I have come home numerous times to see random homeless people either in the pool or hanging out on the property as if they live here. The front door of Bldg A is ALWAYS propped open. 3 out of 4 gates are either broken or wide open. Be prepared to share the complex with anyone and everyone, including all of the lovely jehovas witnesses that are here DAILY. You also are not allowed to back into any parking spot. They tell you it’s because they want to be able to check if your registration is up to date. I don’t see why that matters at all but that’s just me. They will tow your car if they catch you backed in….dumbest rule yet. To finish it off, the leasing office somehow has all this money for Christmas time raffle prizes. Wouldn’t you think they’d use that money and fix some things around here first?"

"We moved in three weeks ago. There was a huge urine stain on the kitchen floor, the dishwasher was not sealed in so it leaked under the cabinets and sink and maintenance kept telling us there wasnt a leak so we had to buy our own fan to dry the leak and ask for a week for someone to check the mold and fix the leak. When we moved in our washer and dryer did not work. Why? The washer was stripped for parts, the heating component was broken, and there wasnt a power cord. Because of the leak from the dishwasher we had a bug infestation and they were actively laying eggs according to the exterminator and the whole apartment smelled of wet, moldy clothing which is not from my laundry because after a month of living here when we ask about our washer and dryer we keep getting the answer “its been ordered” or they tell us someone will be installing one in a couple of days and that day never comes. Now we have a leak in our ceiling from the neighbors bathroom. On the plus side, the neighbors are friendly, the walls are pretty thick, and there is a lot of floor space. Thats about it. UPDATE wow it keeps getting worse here. Although we were told we were getting the 4 weeks free move in special, when the time came they refused to give it to us because we did not have it “in writing”. Meanwhile we had holes in our veiling in two places from a leaking pipe we told management about over and over then a huge hole in our wall for days when they realized there was a leak and our living room ceiling was going to Collapse. The pipe was very moldy. After that my next door neighbor misfired his gun into my 3yr old sons playroom. I am 9 months pregnant and it could have hit me, my baby, or my son. What did they do about that? The office’s response was “omigaaaawd we are so sorry!”. Like really??? The next thing that happens I will sue this complex for negligence. I will keep updating the review and photos. If anyone has rated this place more than 1 star then they are working for management. Also the place is for sure roach infested. As I am typing this I saw a roach crawl across my couch. FML. UPDATE took my son to the playground and there were numerous blood spatters. Trash everywhere still. New management company has taken over and they obviously dont do their job either. Pictures added."

"Do not rent here absolutely worst apartment we have ever rented! We will have been here a year this October and have had mold growing in our unit for the last 5 months water is seeping out of our floor boards. There is so much water damage that it’s coming out of our floor and seeping out the front door. As of recently there is a huge bug issue with my own unit as well as every neighbor I’ve talked to has also told me they are having bug issues. I contacted the district manager about terminating my lease due to mold growing and they want to send someone out to rip my apartment up when we literally only have 3 weeks left of our lease instead of just letting us terminate and move out that is how money hungry this apartment is they don’t care about your safety or we’ll being. Edit to add: we did let management know and called and reported the issues we asked that the issues be fixed before we brought our new born baby home and they came and attempted to put a bandaid on the issue which continued to get worse and worse behind walls that we weren’t aware of until it caused my baby and entire family to have issues breathing due to the amount of mold. We simply asked to terminate our lease yet we received a letter from the apartments lawyer asking us to pay them 500 and some odd dollars and asked that we not share our experiences on social media so if that doesn’t show how corrupt this place is I don’t know what to tell you."

"I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally."

"Great apartment complex in a great location! Convenient to everything! New management has really turned this place around! Quick response to issues raised, a sign of caring for their tenants! The pool is open now too not long after the new management took over! Kids are enjoying it this summer!"
