"As a resident of this apartment for the past 2 years, I would like to share my experience. The location is convenient for ASU students, with walking distance to campus (13 minutes to Hayden Library, 10 minutes to SDFC gym) and accessible public transportation options such as free orbit buses and Valley Metro buses. Grocery stores like Safeway, Fry's, and Walmart are nearby, with Safeway being the closest and able to cover daily needs. The apartment complex is generally quiet and peaceful. The rent is reasonable for the amenities provided. In terms of pest control, I have not seen any cockroaches in my unit and have not heard any reports from my neighbors. The maintenance staff, particularly Jesus, has been prompt and helpful. Michelle, the manager, has also been responsible and supportive. Overall, I believe this apartment is a suitable option for students seeking a comfortable place to live."

"Great location, right next to ASU. Plenty of places (restaurants, bars, convenient and grocery stores) in walking distance. A little tucked away but I liked that it was away from the main street, not all of the noise. Rent prices very good for the location. People were okay, I appreciated the manager. When I had an issue with the building she listened and brought a solution in proper timing. One bedroom was perfect size for my boyfriend and I because of the large walk in closet. They also repaved the parking lot last year which is nice."
