"I was visiting my friends who live at San Marino this weekend, and they were able to reserve the clubhouse for the evening. We had a great time there and the facilities are great. The manager, Debra, is very nice, and offered a fresh cup of coffee with the creamer I like. Such a great place, nice & clean. I look forward to the next visit with my friends, and enjoying the terrific amenities at San Marino. 5 STARS ! ! ! ! !"

"Since the manager said all negative review are from old tenants I've decided to leave a new updated negative review. Our apartment had so many things wrong. It started with our guest bathroom, there were no bolts holding down the toilet. It seemed as it was sitting in years of patch work. The main shower was leaking so bad all the tiles fell out and left a huge hole with mold growing. Or ac went out and out dated and every summer had to get a portable AC unit just to cool the place. After amany calls and work order sent to front office a maintenance guy came and said he needed to order parts still no repairs were made. I finally went to the front office to see check the status that's when they decided to fix our apartment. AC worked fine for 2 months then broke again. And again made phone calls and filled out work orders. Again guy will show up say he has to order parts because of a leak. How he knew it was a leak under all that ice still baffled me. Yes I had to go to the front office and see what they're gonna do. When I walked they were sitting an office and said we were just talking about you. The lack of communication between the office and tenants is very unacceptable and unprofessional. One of the ladies said the one who answers the phone doesn't pass messages to other coworkers, sounds like they need a new employee. Not sure what the manger's name but when I made a comment about the negative reviews instead of saying we're working with them she said they are old tenants and don't live here anymore. My response well something must have upset them that much to leave a review. Here's a new negative review from a current tenant. Did I mention not one apology for the inconvenience that we have to put up with not one sorry that we can't do our job here have a few $100 off your rent. Shows how much they really care about their tenants."

"I have been living at San Marino for the past two years. I’m very happy here. This is a gated community with many amenities… A state of the art, gym, locker and shower room with his and hers, steam rooms, three Jacuzzis, and two pools these units are very spacious with lots of storage space. The office staff is always very helpful and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. In fact, my air conditioning recently went out on a weekend, and they were at my unit with a portable air conditioner within hours! They were at my door first thing Monday morning to find out what the problem was. I couldn’t have found a better community to call home.♥️"

"This is my first apartment I leased for a year and now releasing for another. My partner and I enjoy all the events they truly entertain and accommodate to everyone. Our leasing manager Marcela was so helpful when it came to the process everything was new to me. They are very informative when it comes to any updates. The gated community and security is one of my top favorites. Even when things break or I have issues with the apartment maintenance doesn’t hesitate to show up , only took them a day and everything is replaced. Moving into a place at 21 for the first time this was the best experience. I highly recommend San Marino for anyone looking to begin their apartment/home journey."

"Lived here for two years in two different units. Although the amenities are great and apartments “look nice” it is definitely not worth the price. The first year I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. The Second year I had issues with Ants. And all they did was send “someone” to spray. I asked them to put me on the list for pest control multiple times and they only came 4 in a year. There were times where they said they were going to come spray and no one showed up. I had to deal with the ants myself. Leasing management does seem to have a condescending attitude, if you show any type of frustration. The apartments are definitely remodeled poorly. Things break super fast, maintenance does come and fix things in a timely manner when needed. Also had two incidents where Maintenance came in without permission when I was home. It made me feel uneasy at one point, that I installed an inside camera. Both times I got my units, both times they were filthy. There was sticky stuff on the kitchen cabinet from probably the previous tenant. Gross. (picture saved from when I moved in). the sink faucets didn’t even match..how luxurious…I did however, enjoy the specious rooms and the big closets and the master split bath. They are very cute and cozy but they need a lot of work and it’s just not worth the headache to deal with all the issues."
