"I love the apartments here. My only complaint is that the water does not get hot enough. Alphonso came over today to fix the hot water and he was super nice and professional. He answered all my questions and solved my problems super fast. 10/10"

"I’ll give you my genuine review after living here about a year. It’s not the worst place, but not the best! The bad: -The ladies in the office are SO RUDE!! So mean. No compassion and no empathy. -The apartments are very strict on parking, your trash outside the door, and not having anything on your patio other than furniture. You WILL get charged fees constantly if you aren’t perfect. -Tempe has bugs, it’s a given. I’ve had about 16 roaches in my year of living here. For how expensive it is, I’d like that number to be lower. - The water is VERY HARD! Ruined my hair. Also it does not get very hot which sucks in the cold months. - the culdesac in front of the office is fun until people choose to do donuts in it late at night. - you get the infamous “landlord special”. Meaning everything is slopped over with white paint so they don’t have to fix/replace/clean in between tenants. - Appliances are nice but they weren’t installed correctly so everything is a little shoddy, maybe a little loose. The good: - It’s pretty here! I adore the landscaping. - my neighbors have all been friendly. - I have never had an issue with finding parking/when family visits they never have an issue with parking - close to grocery stores and the interstate In the end, it’s not a dump and it’s not terrible. But it depends on what you’re looking for I guess."
"I have lived in Galleria palms for a couple of months and we have loved it so far. The maintenance team has been very efficient and fast when I’ve needed them. I love that they have a pest control team over the complex every Tuesday! So when I see a bug I immediately call and they come and spray the apartments. Ray is one of the staff members from the maintenance team and he is great!"
