"After almost 3 years I can say that Angel and the maintenance staff have been amazing. Angel has always been very helpful and responsive. Any maintenance request was always answered in a timely manner on the same day. The complex is clean and quiet, and very well located away from traffic and problems. This is the first review I have ever written, but it just seemed like the proper acknowledgment needed to be given to the whole staff at Salado Springs."
"My partner and I have been living here for a month after moving across the country and we could not be more pleased with our living experience so far. The property manager, Angel, is so kind, so attentive, and was so helpful throughout the whole process of looking for an apartment, moving, and settling in. The maintenance staff here are also so responsive and helpful. It truly feels like all the staff care about their tenants. This is a level of quality that I have never experienced at any of my other apartments I have lived in. Highly recommend!"
"I’ve loved living here and working with the staff was absolutely an incredible experience. They worked with me the entire way when I moved in and when I was moving out. Billy and Angel took the time to provide me with resources that would help me with the move. Maintenance was quick and always helpful, great communication when any work was being done and the facilities were well-maintained."
"I LOVE living here at Salado Springs! My boyfriend and I moved here in December and have enjoyed it thoroughly so far. Angel and Billy in the office are the kindest, most attentive staff who very obviously care about their residents and know us all. They are always available to answer questions or concerns in a professional and quick manner. There’s always parking, the neighbors are all super respectful, and our apartment is beautiful. It’s one of my favorite places I’ve ever leased!"
