"Like many of these reviews, this complex is not somewhere you want to live and the 'manager' Janine is absolutely awful and incredibly unprofessional. While I had issues living here over the year such as slow communication, slow to not fixing maintenance requests and the rats, my biggest issue is the lack of professionalism and accountability for this property and Janine. She refuses to return by calls and emails after she asked me to reach out and after she said she would call me. I'm going on over 3 weeks of not getting my security deposit back after they gave me a final move out invoice and told me an amount that I was getting back, and then decided they to 'revise it' after the original was sent out but never notify me. This seems pretty suspicious for them to tack on unnecessary charges and I am genuinely questioning the legality of it. For all I know they created damages after I moved out and trying to charge me as I have video stating everything looked good upon my move out inspection with Darcy, which I did a walk through of. On 3/29 Janine said she would look into the issue and I have heard nothing back. She refuses to take any of my calls and her team tells me she's in a meeting every time I call. I hope she's getting some much needed training on how to be a good manager in these meetings because this is ridiculous. I spoke with Samuel yesterday 3/21 and requested at this point I need the regional manager Areselli (unsure on spelling) to call me to resolve this. Someone needs to step up, reach out and make this right. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!"

"I moved here September 1st, 2023 and would like to take a moment to clarify a few things based on other reviews here. When I moved here, it was very evident a transition had taken place and quality was quickly going downhill. There was no management in the front office, maintenance was difficult to get ahold of, and multiple details would fall through the cracks. Plus I started seeing reviews complaining of break ins (luckily I never witnessed this) .The unit I moved into was dirty and in disrepair and quite honestly I was highly disappointed in my decision to live here. So why five stars? In January 2024 I had grown increasingly discontent with living here and decided to break my lease at the apartment complex. As a result I was introduced to the front office manager Janine. Here is a quick summary of our conversation: - Polite, courteous and EXTREMELY professional - Asked for me to break down each and every concern I had, even if the incident occurred before here time as manager (she arrived in October 2023) - Quickly addressed each concern I had, fixed any errors in the system on our call together, or created a work order - Followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was taken care of Not once did I feel judged or my concerns were fallen upon deaf ears. As a result of our conversation she also dispatched Adam, the maintenance supervisor for our complex. Let me tell you, that guy is A+. - Knowledgeable on repairs in the apartment - Quick to respond to any requests - CONSTANTLY surveying the complex to validate status of the community - Frequently checks in on residents to make sure their unit is in working order He and Isaiah truly go above and beyond to do what they can to maintain an elevated status of living here. As a result of watching the community transform for the better I elected to upgrade and transfer units within the complex. I now live in a 2 bedroom unit here and let me tell you the difference was ASTOUNDING when comparing my move in experience. The new unit was completely updated with the latest and greatest appliances, clean and in great working order. I also want to shoutout Samuel for making the transfer process as smooth as possible. I provided the wrong email for my co-applicant which completely threw off the system. Samuel proceeded to work tirelessly on a work around to make sure everything was resolved. I do not think I have ever seen anyone fight a system with as much tenacity as him and I am grateful. There were a few requests I had to make, such as a wasp nest in the storage room and maintenance was here NEXT day. Incredible. TLDR; - Since Janine has taken over I have noticed a huge turnaround in the quality of this complex, ranging from communication times to overall unit quality. They repaired the pool, gym and gates for the complex to ensure they are all in working order. I am overwhelmingly impressed with the progress made at the complex. - Adam and Isaiah and the rest of the maintenance crew have completely overhauled the maintenance process here. From my understanding they were severely backlogged on requests and have been able to get repair times down from over a week down to 48 hours. - Samuel is a fantastic addition to the team here and really went above and beyond fixing my mistake during a unit transfer. - While I do not know the names off the top of my head, the other leasing office employees have been great to me as well and are always friendly any time I stop by for a question. There is so much more I could write but at this point this has turned into a short novel. Thank you team Finisterra!"

"What an amazing move-in experience. From the moment I toured the place till my move in date the staff was great! They always called to check if I have any concerns, and whenever I asked them about anything they were very helpful! Shoutout to Dominique, she was very helpful and made the move in process as smooth as it can be. Very welcoming staff!"

"Finisterra Apartments is a great place to call Home! Ladies in the leasing office were great! Very informative, courteous and patient! My husband and I searched for a place to call home, and Finisterra was an instant yes once we took that tour. Apartment homes are spacious, cozy, with tall ceilings, clean and community is quiet. Lots of uncovered parking for guests. And my husbands first opinion, the color of the apartments are what caught his eye! Looking for a place to call home, I would consider Finisterra!"
