"This is a place my family and I had to stay at for over 2 years. From the moment we moved in it was a unpleasant experience. Our room had worn out broken and dirty furniture, the carpet was old and stained and had patches where parts had been cut and replaced. There was a soft spot on the floor that deteriorated into a hole that had been previously patched with wall plaster. We reported many of these problems, but they were never addressed. The room had roaches and I don't mean in small quantities. Most of the staff is good, Anant however is very rude and unpleasant. She talks down to you, and I did my best to avoid her whenever possible. After moving out, they attempted to bill us for the furniture, floor and carpet that I mentioned, these were already in need of replacement or repairs when we moved in so I don't think that's my responsibility. Only stay here if your alternative is the street. I'd rather live in my car."

"I'm calling this place home. It's better than my last 2 apartments. Matt and his crew fix things , I couldn't get that from the last 2 property management companies. $1700 a month utilities, wifi, included. Hopefully, they will refund my deposit at the end."

"Very poor general manager very rude unprofessional Matt asked me what I was looking at I felt very disrespected embarrassed didn’t not make me feel welcome I been a guest service representative for 7 years I’ve never seen a more unqualified candidate in my life did not help resolve the issue at all Matinace has been up above me for 4 days making all kinda noise so I go to the office to try and get the problem resolved ended up get nothing inreturn but there doin there job not helpful at all also told me if o don’t like what he saying I can check out how rude Management not good very disappointed and my feelings are hurt"

"Obviously no one would be here if they didn't absolutely need to be. They use every single chance they can to nickel and dime their customers. The place is junk, the rooms are gross and infested with cockroaches. I've asked several times for an exterminator and I seriously have no idea if one has ever arrived. And if you want to work in microwave you better expect to pay an extra $15 a month for it. I cannot wait to get the hell out of this place"

"It’s affordable, office ladies are real nice & the one time I saw the GM he immediately fixed my issue, no questions asked & that was a whole new mattress & box spring set. It’s a cool temporary situation, my unit is clean & bug free .. I wish the couches were more up to date and comfortable or that we could get our own, but everything else is good."
