"Rooms r a studio apartment most with kitchenette. Could use renovating and cock roach extermination if the guests would be conscious and clean to help maintain it. Lot of street people around. Management is nice and fair and try to regulate to keep up."
"It's great for low budget, but u get what u paid for. Over flooding toilets that doesn't get fixed right away. Roaches at night come out from every crack and corner."
