Hampton Inn & Suites Tempe/Phoenix Airport

"So many good thrift stores right on the street. I spent every day going to them. All. They were awesome. One of my favorite goodwill's is just out of the hotel to your left food was okay in the morning ,im vegan. They had good orange juice and coffee..pool area all the way outside w heated jacuzzi"

"This was one of the most difficult hotel stays that I’ve ever had and it was for only one night!! Upon initial arrival which was after midnight, it took at least 25-30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick me up to take me to the hotel. Then at 5:30 AM the smoke detector battery was low and started buzzing. Then to top things off, I had briefly left the hotel to go pick up a rental and came back, only unable to enter into my room because of the locking mechanism malfunctioning. They were able to get a hanger to open the door. I got back in my room and needed to use the bathroom, and to gather the rest of my things up. While doing so, one of the cleaning ladies decided to come in prior to me being fully checked out of the hotel to start cleaning while I was using the restroom!! The breakfast itself was decent, but for my one night stay, I only give this location 1 out of 5 stars!!"

"I booked the hotel for a one night stay as I was flying to New York for 10 days. The room included the stay and parking for 10 days. It was going to be almost $400.00. I called early the morning of my arrival and told them that I had to cancel because I was admitted to the hospital and wasn't able to go on my trip. First of all they were very rude on the phone and said too bad that they were charging me for the room and 10 days of parking. I told them that I understood the room charge with the short notice. What I could not understand was the 10 day parking charge as I would not have my vehicle there. The woman said that was the hotels policy and that was to bad. What a ripoff!! I will never stay at any Hampton Inn again!!!"

"The bathroom needed an update but bedroom looked good. The room was clean and quiet. The room also included breakfast and free parking. The property is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the PHX car rental center."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Our stay was brief but comfortable. Room was clean and well stocked. The lady who checked us in was friendly and courteous. One suggestion would be that the breakfast should be labelled atleast for people with dietary preferences or requiring allergens information. Also having some vegetarian options in breakfast would be welcome. There were none. Overall I give 4.5/5"
