"I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location. After an 11-night stay, I received a call from the housekeeping manager Sherri (claiming to be from the front desk) insisting I leave immediately due to being a few minutes late checking out. She threatened to involve the police for trespassing, which seemed extreme given the situation. Since when does housekeeping call guests to remind them to check out? I tried to explain that I was on my way out during the call. When I went to the front desk to address the issue, Andrew, without any discussion, accused me of threatening his employee, despite never having spoken to her except during her initial call about the police. He went ahead and dialed the police department. The only helpful staff member was a bearded gentleman whose name I don't recall. He assisted me with checking out and apologized for his colleague's behavior. I strongly advise against staying here; my experience suggests they are unprofessional and unwelcoming."

"Very very poorly managed services. Food quality is extremly poor. Breakfast menu is also poor. Of you stay in this hotel for more than 2 days, you will feel nauseatic eating the comolimentary breakfast as thebitems served don't change for weeks together. Bad quality of food."

"Rooms are really good however had multiple issues with Service. Took quite some time to check in then had payment issues where they charged my card twice and different rate for 2nd night than initially quoted. There was also a lot of construction going on also which was not mentioned when booked or each time I called. I wont be staying there again seemed as if I was a hassle to them just for asking to correct issue they caused."

"I run a nonprofit Fellowship program for young adults and needed a space what would be affordable, convenient for walking, and offer a space to work out of. I could not have asked for a better experience on every level with this location. Perhaps the best way to describe it is with part of the thank you note I sent to our contact at the hotel: “The room accommodations were wonderful as were all of the facilities in the building. Providing us with the break out room in the back of the dining area was also more than I had hoped for. Now throw in the friendly staff at every level and the courtesy at which they approached each of their jobs... this truly was a memorable experience and I hope to bring my group back year after year.” The breakfast was great, the location amazing, the roof top pool is the icing on the cake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
