"Mrs A and mr.c. and second shift Mr Rudy. Very nice people. No problems at all. But I will say Mr c is fixing the units by himself and wow, college kid tore up my room. We were getting a smoking room but had to go outside because sign said nope. Wish I could figure out the app because you get it cheaper. I only put the initials because I'm tired and I probably would of butchered it. Oh and the bathroom door looked kicked in ."
"Honestly an abysmal experience. Half of the lights worked in the room. Openly broken stuff everywhere, garbage left scattered about the room(???) Floors were gross and the bathroom was so dirty. Also the water didn’t work between noon and 4pm for renovations. I slept on top of the sheets. Pay the extra $20 and go somewhere else."
"The customer service was excellent. Misty greeted me with a warm smile. I had a reservation, I showed up at 3:00 am the morning of my reservation, I wasn't supposed to be checked in until 3:00 pm. Misty had me in my room that morning by 4:00 am. Misty really went above and beyond for me."
