"Our stay at the OMNI Tempe Hotel at ASU truly exceeded all expectations. When our daughter experienced a seizure in the middle of the night, the staff's response was nothing short of extraordinary. From the housekeeping staff holding the elevator open for the ambulance crew to the continuous support and care from Kevin and the team, we felt incredibly grateful for their kindness during such a challenging time. Throughout the night and the following days, the staff consistently checked in on us, ensuring that our daughter had everything she needed and expressing genuine happiness upon seeing her well again. Their compassion and support made a world of difference to our family during what was undoubtedly the worst night of our lives. In addition to the exceptional service, we were impressed by the quality of the accommodations. Our room was comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful retreat amidst the chaos. The hotel's location was also ideal, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. In summary, our experience at the OMNI hotel exceeded all expectations. We cannot thank the staff enough for their exceptional care and support during a difficult time. For anyone seeking genuine hospitality and compassion, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful! This was our first stay with Omni hotels. It will not be our last. Everything was more than we expected. All of the staff from check-in, room service, dining, and valet made us feel like we were the most important guest staying at the hotel."

"Great location. Beautiful hotel. I am very disappointed that they closed the pool for an event with a 2 hour warning did not tell us this when booking hotel otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere. Really only had that day for pool time and wanted to watch sunset at pool deck and bar. The pool bar never opened the days we were there, and I was also very disappointed with that. The hotel is advertised with their pool and pool bar as a plus, and when one never open, that should be told when making reservations. Other than that, the front desk was very accommodating with luggage and car. Valet is very pricey as well, but we knew that ahead of time."

"Omni Tempe is newly renovated, The hotel is very nice and clean and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed drinks & meals at the hotel and were very pleased. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view and great ambiance. I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for visiting my college kids."

"Not only was this hotel clean, beautifully kept up, and have an incredible atmosphere, but the food and service at this hotel was the best I've had while traveling all year! Was here on a work trip, and the rooms were relaxing and clean. The conference rooms were well hosted with breakfast and lunch throughout the day for our meetings. On the off time, the restaurant on the first floor, as well as the rooftop bar, were both delicious and well serviced. Will definitely be returning for personal trips and recommend for business trips as well too!"
