"We had our vehicle fixed here as they partner with our insurance company. The insurance company accidentally sent the check to us instead of them. They called us asking for the money, which we agreed to but said would take a day or two given that it's a Friday and I'm currently out of state, and their response was that we need to bring it in ASAP or they will send us to collection. It is absolutely bonkers to talk to your customers in this way and escalate a conversation for no reason at all. This company doesn't deserve your business. Their repair work is mediocre and their customer service is junk. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are many very reputable repair shops in Arizona, and you are legally protected in using whatever shop that you desire."

"Well, I can see how they have a very high rating because I came in after hours initially and they came out and spoke with me. On a Friday, no less. I showed them my issues , and returned to the EXACT same gentleman to obtain an estimate and description of work to be done. I work with establishment’s because of the people first— And this was all accomplished due to ANGEL and DONY. On both instances they treated me like a king and super special. However, I can’t help by being forever impressed by the time they gave me on that Friday, which is why I came back! Without a doubt, if you are looking for bodywork and expertise on compare, as well as having the nicest, friendliest, most helpful, courteous staff-I would highly recommend you go to the Gerber on Raintree and ask for ANGEL or DONY, and tell them J T sent you!"
