"My husband had an appointment for a routine oil change. He told the service agent he would be staying while they completed the oil change. He was told it would take 1 hour to 1 30 minutes. 2 hours later my husband asked about how much longer it would take and he was told it was done. No one bothered to inform him. Poor customer service!"

"My experience buying the car of my dreams was nothing short of amazing. They were both professional and courteous and were upfront from the moment I walked into their dealership. I was greeted and immediately knew I was at the right place. Had some credit issues but, they took care of me as if I were family. Got me financed at a payment I could afford and was able to get an extended warranty that really sealed the deal. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to your dealership. Love my car immensely and would highly recommend anyone reading this that you give them a try. They won't disappoint."

"I’ll just state the facts. I purchased this car in September of 22. After signing the papers I received 3 separate phone calls each time stating to me that the paper work was done wrong and needed to be resigned. For having to drive back to the dealership three times I was told they would fill my tank up for the trouble, never happened. The car was purchased with an extended warranty and has had 4 major repairs since. The warranty also came with rental car coverage for if the vehicle is in the shop. When I enquired about it the first time I was told sorry we can’t do that. I was told that the warranty coverage only allows for a 2 day rental as they that is the adequate time for the jobs completion and that they require my car stay longer because they couldn’t get to it in that amount of time. Because of the extended wait times I decided to take my car to get repaired somewhere else to be told that my vehicle can only be serviced at Larry millers dealership. The last time it was in the shop for a turbo and oil pump replacement required 15 days. After 3 days I get a call stating it’ll be done on the 7 day 8th latest. 8th day call receive more likely day 9. Day 9 I was unable to pick up the car so day 11 I did. When I arrived there the cars battery was dead and unable to start. Also a hand full of used screws and bolt were in the windshield wiper tray. The splash guard was also not installed. At this time I was given a loner. Day 12 I get a call stating we will continue to look for issue. End day 14 I get a call saying the battery was bad. It started when it was dropped off. Day 15 battery trickle charge over night and is properly functioning. I would not recommend."

"Awesome experience at this dealership’s service center! I was having an issue with my Jetta and called around to different mechanics to price shop, but they ended up being cheaper and got my car in that day and fixed by the next day. Tony was so helpful in walking me through the services I needed vs preventative services I could hold out on, and he helped me figure out costs. He also was very reassuring, and I definitely felt like I could trust the guys at this location as opposed to others. I was from out of town but they stayed after closing hours to make sure I got my car since I had to drive home the following day. Will definitely come back here when I visit for services!
