"No problem with the purchase of my 2023 Sorrento. I bought the extended warranty for tires and rims. BUYER BEWARE they do not keep inventory. They don’t give you a loaner cars if you need your tire or your rim fixed.. Two week wait time, non-apologetic, I even offered to buy my rims somewhere else and they were still wanting to charge me $150 to put each rim on my car. They say they saved me $900 to have the extended warranty, but yet I paid out $500 plus in a rental car. The warranty only cover the rental car when it was being serviced. Not while waiting on parts. Please be aware of the extended warranty. After this vehicle is sold I will no longer be a Kia family member. This company could’ve done better to provide excellent service."
