"I don't like giving bad reviews, but I feel like I have to. I called to get my a/c looked at and had an appointment made for the next day for them to come and look at it. It was raining that day so we rescheduled for the next week, which I am not mad about, the weather is not something they can control. But the next time something came up and they couldn't come, then it happened a third time a week later. After that third time they just refunded me without me asking. I am grateful to get my refund, but I still need to get my a/c looked at so now I have to find a different place. I think this was handled very unprofessionally and I wouldn't recommend American diesel repairs to anyone."
"American Diesel Repair was the best call I could have made! My Freightliner was limited to 55 mph leaving Phoenix Az and called Velocity Truck Centers to look at my truck and was told I most likely needed a DEF pump but they would need a few days to look at it which would mean I would loose a week of driving because my dedicated route was for the following day, so I called American Diesel and they dispatched a mechanic and diagnosed the problem that turned out to be a clogged DEF filter and had me back on the road in time for my dedicated load. Joe our mechanic was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and not only saved us a lot on the repair but also saved me from loosing a weeks wages. Thanks American Diesel!!!"
