"CeCe to the rescue. I was having trouble with a discontinued Pfister bathroom faucets, totally calcified. I contemplated buying a new set which would have required removing and buying two new sets to match and reinstalling. CeCe suggested soaking in vinegar first and if that didn’t solve my issue, come back. Sure enough, overnight soak and scrub fixed everything. She saved me so much time and money, but most important, she earned my trust and gratitude. I have spent several thousands of dollars with Home Depot in the past, and I will continue to do so because of employee experiences like I had with CeCe. "I’m a loyal customer to Home Depot, never had a bad experience in any store, only good. I wanted to give a special shout out to Paul and Dolores from this location. The only 2 associates I spoke with and both were incredibly helpful, nice and in great spirits. They clearly love what they do therefore making my 10 minute pass through a delight."
"Lady in self checkout could barely muster enough energy to communicate that I couldn't pay with my phone. Proceeded to give me a hard time. I asked her why she was giving me a hard time and she says "you're the one giving me a hard time". What happened to customer service? Bring back cashiers!"
"Casey at the customer service desk was awesome! They didn’t have the grill assembled that I was looking for, so she called a few other stores for me. She also helped me figure out some of the confusion with online purchases. So friendly! Can’t recommend her enough!"
"Being the closest Home Depot I sure wish this store was better. My wife went in last week to buy a new LG refrigerator from Anthony. When it was not delivered on the promised date she went back looking for information. Anthony was of no help, and the store manager Mr Sears was next to useless. He needs to train at ACE harware to learn what good customer service is about In short, buy your Christmas decor here, but get your appliances at another location."
