"Grateful for the excellent service we received from Chris! We've had long term issues with our dryer that other service companies failed to address. The challenge was that our dryer was void of any indication of which model it actually is, which made finding the correct parts difficult. However, Chris and the Beyer team went above and beyond to ensure they got us on track. Chris provided excellent heads-up communication, was courteous in our home and even took a few extra minutes to answer our questions about proper maintenance care on both our washer and dryer."
"One of the best repair calls experiences I've ever had, and THE best home warranty experiences I've ever had from start to finish. The customer service at Beyer was polite, friendly, extremely responsive. We had Ryan, a younger guy, do our service repair for us. He let us know ahead of time when exactly he would show up between our four hours window. He was extremely professional and straight to the point, as well as highly knowledgeable and answered any question I had. He got straight to work, gave us the diagnosis, and got the part ordered right away without any delay making sure we had to spend as little time as possible without our dishwasher. When he returned a couple days later with the part, he got installed and was attentive to make sure he put back everything exactly how he found it. I was impressed with the quality of this company that next time I will be probably be forgoing the warranty claim although to use this company in the future, because their service can't be beat."
"Our tech Kevin was awesome! He was personable, knowledgeable and quick. Had our dishwasher working in the matter of 3 days from diagnostics, parts ordering, to the repair. Office staff was quick to call both times and get us on the schedule. I hope our home warranty always assigns us to them if we are ever in need again."
