"I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. I paid it off in 2021. In 2022 my dryer wires burned up. It going cost me more money to fix. Then what it worth. I paid Aaron alot of money for this dryer. I call Aaron on Monday they said the MGR will get back to me on Wednesday. On Thursday a lady that work for Aaron states that General MGR want to know if I want to buy another dryer from them.They didn't even ask to fix or replace. But they want me to buy another one from them. This crazy. Aaron don't care about there customer new or old. I will not buying anything from them again. I only gave one star so I can post. They deserve NO STARS"

"The absolute worst store to do business with. I’ve done business with Aaron’s many times but this time was the last attempt. Besides the fact that they schedule deliveries days out of when you sign your contract, the general manager Oscar is rude and condescending. Long story short, they wouldn’t deliver my furniture because I hadn’t paid my rent for the month and since I was going on a month to month contract I had to have my rent paid I talked to Oscar and he said to call him after I pay rent. Paid rent, called him a week later and after they verify my reference for the THIRD time Oscar gets on the phone AGAIN to say they can’t lease the furniture to me because I’m on a month to month contract. As I had explained to them before, I’m planning on moving into a house after the new year. We exchanged a few words and I told him it was unprofessional for him to have me running around in circles when he could have just told me that the first time but clearly he was saying whatever sounded good to get me off the phone and probably didn’t expect me to still want to do business with them. His tone was condescending and he kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain why I was upset. He could have cared less. Never doing business with them ever again. Oscar should brush up on his customer service/people skills. In either time that I spoke with that man was he pleasant or helpful. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly disappointed!!!!"
