"See this shelf? This happens way too much on the sale items. Why are there no products ? Ordering or staff to stock them, that is the question......"

"It’s ok, it’s a grocery store. It is usually the only place I find boneless chicken thighs. I think the meat department and fresh sandwiches in the deli are the best."

"First time in a Bashas in my 28 years in the valley and I was not impressed at all. The employees showed no interest in customers and were cold answering questions like I was interrupting them. Layout compared to Fry’s or Safeway doesn’t seem to be friendly or inviting. I guess I’ll just keep shopping at Fry’s for better quality and prices."

"It's the way that a grocery stores used to be, where the check out lady seems to know and care about the customers. Every employee, when asked for help to locate an item, stops what they are doing and takes you there without acting put upon. Clean, neat store overall."

"Picking up a few last minute groceries when an employee started yelling at a customer for taking pictures of different soup options. Loud enough for me to hear from across the store. It was really uncomfortable for the several other shoppers around as well. I'll be going to frys next time. Customer wasn't doing anything wrong. I don't want to be harassed next."
