"I went to return some items at the Guadalupe and McClintock location. I never go to the dollar tree and I was told they do not do returns. The manager Sabrina was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I would have known this at time of purchase I would have never shopped there. I will be calling the corporate offices and complain about how unprofessional she was. Also I called two other locations and was told as long as I have a receipt I can return my items and receive a refund. Sabrina is obviously not aware of the policy."

"My experience at the store was wonderful. However, I was given some merchandise that wasn't mine. The receipt shows it as an employee purchase. I wanted to do the right thing and return it. It's about $30.00 worth of stuff. However every time I call the phone number listed on the receipt and on Google maps no one answers the phone. It is 3:30pm on Saturday 11-3-23 and no answer. I live about 15 miles from this store so I didn't want to drive there unless I knew the person was there. Besides this is no way to run a business. I am sure that 5he corporate office would be very disappointed in this. No matter how busy it is some can always say excuses me and answer the phone."
"This Dollar Tree is the best around! Vanessa the new manager is AWESOME! The store is clean and stocked. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I have been coming here for about 4 years and it just keeps getting better. Thank you!! Also the wonderful selection of pride items was incredible. Love the inclusivity!"
"This store is almost as good as the one back home in Mi. However when i need stuffed animals for my claw machine they never fail me! Always clean and staff very friendly. I usually can find what I need. Most importantly I never see a worker just standing around! They are always working!"
