Walked into this place and was immediately greeted by Anthony. Anthony was super kind and informative. He fixed my phone in less than 3 hours and gave me a very fair price. "Just wanted to leave a 5-Star Review as my visit to this store was A+. As you can see in the first image what my phone screen was experiencing which did not allow me to use the phone as the touch screen was shot. I took it in to All Mobile Matters Tempe Marketplace location since I live 5 minutes from there. I called ahead of time to see if they could fix an iPhone 8 since I’m still rocking an 8 and I wasn’t sure if these Repair places carried glass for phones that are becoming older. I talked to Garrett and he let me know they could replace the glass as they carried it in stock. I described the ink-blot looking issue on the screen and he reassured me it was a fixable issue. When I went in Garrett replaced the glass in about 20 minutes and I added the glass protector and a new case protector as my old protector had fell off as multiple pieces over time started cracking off on the edges, and I never had the glass protector put on when I got the phone New in December 2019. $161 and less than a half hour I was out the door and able to use my phone once again. I will return to get the mic / audio issue replaced because nobody can hear me talk on a call unless my earbuds are in, but I can hear them talk with or without my earbuds. Garrett reassured me this part was also replaceable but they’d have to order it but it would arrive quickly, so I’ll be returning soon. I recommend this Business and this store location."
