"Took our 2022 jeep grand Cherokee in last week because a few dashboard lights popped up. On this visit, the support department replaced both batteries and sent us on our way. One week later the jeep died while driving on interstate 202. We sat in traffic for nearly 3 hours, in a dangerous high traffic area, in the freezing cold waiting on a tow truck due to their negligent testing. Jeep rep also gave us the wrong tow info, so we waited 90 min for a service that could not even support our situation. So we finally get the vehicle towed to Jeep Friday night and by the next day we got a call from Jeep support saying it was done. The invoice claims “a loose cable!” I called Jeep to confirm this issue was thoroughly tested, but no one apparently was available to talk about the specifics and claim it should be fine.” We didn’t make it out of the parking lot before all the same lights popped back up on the dashboard. So we turned right around and back for a 3rd time in a week. Clearly the support department is not taking these issue seriously, especially considering this issue left us stranded only hours before. Jeep claimed they could not provide a loner so for the 3rd time I had to pay for Uber and other means of transportation while Jeep continues to not take this situation seriously."
