"Sun Devil is very professional and I have used them for over 2 years for basic service and other auto needs. Typically, I make an appointment. But, I had a problem with my battery and I drove to Sun Devic in North Scottsdale. They diagnosed a battery problem and provided the correct battery and installed it without making me come back. I so appreciated their professionalism and caring about ME, the customer. I highly recommend them."
"Very faulty service - would not trust this place for even routine maintenance. I came in for just an oil change, the plug was not tightened afterward which caused all of the oil to spill out of my car. I contacted sun devil auto and they refunded my oil change and offered to clean the bottom of the vehicle that was covered in oil. While I appreciate this, they made no mention of reimbursing me for the oil bought out of pocket to make my car drivable again. After several hours of fixing the oil issue myself, cleaning my parking spot, and going to the auto shop to buy more oil, I can’t recommend this place to anybody. "What a great experience! My battery died and I didn't love the idea of trying to get into the dealership on Black Friday, and Sun Devil Auto to the rescue. I was a walk in appointment, they squeezed me immediately in, gave me an amazing deal, and I was out with 20 minutes maybe. So nice. I'm done with going to the dealer where I'm nothing more than an over-priced number to them. Thank you so much for such amazing service today!"
