"I don't know who I just talked to but he was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I was trying to figure out what tires were on the sale and he was beyond rude!!!! Attitude every step of the way. I don't have the vehicle with me as its my husbands, and he asked what size the tire is and I told him I believe its a 19 inch and he responded by saying well how about instead of guessing I go out the the vehicle and actually check. Its Monday after a holiday. I get it, you've been busy. That's no excuse to be a rude jerk to some who WAS willing to pay for tires at your location. I will never recommend this place and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. You can reply and try to make it seem like its my fault, but he was rude from the moment he got on the phone. That is absolutely unacceptable. I've worked in customer service and that was possibly the worst I have ever dealt with."
