"My first experience with these folks was 5/5. The complimentary ride home, and their comprehensive inspection of my vehicle was awesome. I applaud their use of technology -I was able to review a color-coded survey of my car's good/bad on my phone. I was really impressed. Though, on my most recent visit their service was more lukewarm. Their service writer, Dean, was busy at his computer. He didn't greet me when I walked in and I stood there for a bit while he typed up notes. I get it -calls spill over, but it rubbed me wrong that he was okay with me just standing there. Overall, these folks are helpful and their techs are knowledgeable. They're definitely my #2 pick if i'm in a pinch for my vehicle's needs."

Anytime I have brought my car in they have been really easy to work with, knowledgeable and have fair pricing.
