"I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I believe my review will help so that in the future we can keep ordering from here. The rice wasn’t fully cooked so the two kids meals that I got I couldn’t give to my kids. And the three adult orders also had the uncooked rice and the flavor was far from delicious which is what we’re used to. I know this location is pretty news so I can imagine that you guys are trying to get everything in order but maybe slowing down and making sure that everything is at least cooked right, I think would be a good start."

"Ordered for pickup at this location for the first time. They only gave me 3/6 of my items and noticed when I got home that a burrito that was ordered was a mess and didn’t even seem to be attempted to be wrapped right. Guac was dark green in it also. So I tried calling and the phone number is not in service. I then drove over and asked nicely for the rest of my items nicely only to get an eye roll and receipt snatched out of my hand. When the items were being made I noticed the guac was dark green and not fresh at all and the worker continued to put it in on the tacos I ordered. I was so disgusted but didn’t want to deal with anymore attitude. When the worker finished up he then tossed the order wrapped in aluminum on the counter without even telling me it’s ready or place it in a bag for me. Unfortunately, I checked the reviews too late and saw the other complaints after the fact because I was in disbelief of the treatment. I won’t make that mistake again and will not be going to this location anymore."

"I'd never eaten here and wanted to try it. I tried to order at 7:03 pm. They were out of a couple of things. One of the meats and white rice. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait for white rice. I told them I would wait. I heard them tell the next customers the same thing, and said they'd started getting ready for close. By now, it was about 7:08, and closing time was 10pm. After 20 minutes, I was finally able to place my order and got it to go. We ordered a steak bowl and a steak burrito and chips with guacamole. Our food was gross, so much fat and gristle. I doubt I will ever go there again."

"Was excited to have a Chipotle in Caldwell because I generally have a great experience at other locations, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case here. The main issue is the staff. Upon entering, all staff had their backs to the doors and took no immediate action to greet or take orders. Keep in mind this was a time that wasn’t busy at all. Staff were too busy talking/ laughing constantly to clean the unattended tables and floor, and I am not exaggerating when I say every table was visibly dirty. It’s apparent many of the staff don’t care for their job. Employees that made the bowls are accommodating and friendly, however like others have mentioned, a certain employee at the register with visible attitude gives such a rude/snobby look. It was very upsetting and bizarre. The food was good, but the toxic and unwelcoming atmosphere/staff made that not matter. Such a disappointment. I really hope management steps up to their position in making this location more ideal. Until then I would advise avoiding this location."
