McDonald's

"The district manager is not a kind person. We lost our key to the van. Because,of someone who was working on brakes. That person unfortunately got pulled over and had a ticket he had forgotten about from 2 yrs before so he was taking in. Leaving the van in the parking lot. There was a note made with an employee who said,the van was ok. The single mom ,who's van it belonged to had to get out impound after it was ok, for the remainder of the day. She went there the same day and the district manager known by name by the tow truck guy. I wouldn't leave your car for nothing in this parking lot. Employees there told me, she awful person.and doesn't care about anyone or anything. She will people's car towed after 3 hours. Even if she has been told what's going on or something. If you're car breaks ,runs out gas or anything don't leave it there. She on first name base with the tow truck guy. The night and day mangers are very nice and serval of her employees. I can't imagine working for a heartless person. McDonald's isn't hurting for a parking spot and it was way off to side."

"10 minutes in the drive through, plus another 10 when they tell me to park in front and wait... then the food arrives and is either cold or scattered all over the bag because they carelessly just chuck it in there."

"I went through drive thru Saturday night around 10:00pm. It didn't look busy but there was a vehicle in front of me and two in back. I got to the second window and the guy threw the bag to me. I asked for extra sauces and he threw them. A couple of them fell on the ground. I waited to see if I could speak to management because I found that to be rude. I get it, fast food gets overwhelming when you are short staffed. I've worked at this location a few years back so I understand doing more than one job. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manger and I asked him next time give better customer service. He looked at me and said, I don't care bye then shut the window door. What a great example from the night manager. And to top it off, our fries were cold and our burgers weren't even wrapped completely. They were falling apart. Do better!"

"Favorite place to go as a kid and it's so sad on how bad the quality of the food has become, always getting cold fries and unsalted qaurter pounder meat, just wish they cared more for the quality instead of efficiency and it seems there failing at that too for how often they send us to the front to wait, and dont even try ordering at this location, you will always get a missing item and then they just blame door dash or Uber eats when they aren't allowed to open and check the orders anyways and it should be McDonald's responsibility since they tape up there bags before it even gets to whoever is picking it up"
