Extreme Pizza Caldwell

"This place has very good pizza! It's extreme! If I lived closer to here, you probably would see me every day. The pizza was a solid 5/5, the salad was great, and their cheesy bread (spicy) was delicious. The atmosphere was cool and comfortable. The only thing about it is limited seating (smaller location), which I don't think it effects the review because that's something out of their hands. I'm just glad the food was exceptional. I'll definitely be back!"

"My husband and I were out running errands and we needed to take a break for food. He chose pizza and we started looking up different places. He showed me this place and just looking at the menu my mouth started watering. He is picky when it comes to trying new things so instead of just a pepperoni I recommended the Everst...meat and cheese. Neither of us had been there before and parking is definitely tight down there in a dead end street but we were lucky. The people were nice but one who served the majority of the time just seemed sad. But I've been there done that. No hate towards her. He got a medium of the Everest and he enjoyed it. It actually lasted him a couple days, which is the beauty of pizza. I had a "indee"/personal size of Pandoras Box I believe. It was good but it seemed like the top was a little burnt (the basil and artichoke hearts were a little black. It was hard to find the sun dried tomatoes, which I was lòking forward to. I enjoy a well done crust/bottom. So it was like the top was well done but the bottom needed a little more time. It was fully cooked, it was just off a little. But I worked 5 years at a pizza place so maybe I'm picky too. I will say this. I also ordered an "entree sized" Ceaser salad with chicken. And eating that, I would've died happy. The Ceaser dressing is made in house by the chef and I made sure they let him know that he should bottle and sell it. I've been looking for a good ceaser dressing and this one had me amazed and asking for more. Also, the lettuce was not only clean but crisp and dry!! They put a good amount of croutons and freshly shaved cheese. And the chicken looked and tasted fresh and wasn't dry. Best salad ever. Loved how they kept the "toppings and dressing" of the salad in separate piles on top so I could eat and mix as I went and still take it home with it being edible hours later. Small place inside so if you're looking to dine in, wait until after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush. Definitely worth a try."

"There is a reason this place is the best reviewed restaurant in Caldwell. Great food (it's top 3 in terms of all pizza places I've been to), fast service, and good pricing (with options for a large slice that's more than fairly priced or a full pizza that's still 100% worth it due to the size and quality). Not really a whole lot to say. It's just a restaurant that does what it does very well."

"I took my husband here today, I had had this pizza a couple of times, but he hadn't yet, and his dad owns the #1 Italian restaurant in Anchorage, so he's a lot picky. First bite and the first thing out of his mouth, "I'm impressed!" Phew! Because I already loved it. The staff misheard me when I ordered and mistakenly made us an incorrect pizza, but they were quick to resolve the issue and let us keep both pizzas, this is customer service you don't find this day in age. Between the flavor of the pizza itself, the customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the welcoming atmosphere, I think they've got some lifelong customers here."

"Best vegan pizza. Wow! Way to go! I got the drag through the garden pizza with vegan cheese. It is the best vegan pizza I have eaten. The fresh vegetables and incredible sauce are so delicious. The service is good and the restaurant is clean."
