"online ordering should be pretty accurate! quote time was 33-45 minutes! 1 hour and 45 later still no pizza! called to wait on hold (2) times first time guy said in was in the oven second time lady said it would be in the oven in 20 minutes and delivered whenever it gets there.......seriously! HORRIBLE. I just need and honest answer. still no food!"

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered online and it said it would be 30-40 minutes. I waited an hour and called the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered answered and I told them I wanted to see where my order was. They said hold on and proceeded to put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I’m livid at this point. She answered again and said my order would be delivered in about 20 more minutes mind you, it’s been a whole hour and a half now. I said just cancel my order at this point. This is ridiculous. Service has definitely gone downhill."

"We have been ordering from this location for years. Never had any issues. But our last two orders have had the same mistake each time. We order a couple pizza's with no red sauce sub garlic. And each order that has not been done. First time. I let it go because they were exceptionally busy and mistakes happen. But when on my next order. The exact same mistake was made. That's not a mistake. That's not reading your orders. I called and explained. I received no apology or anything like that when I stated it was due to allergy reasons. She just said we can remake it and pick it up in 15. When I picked up the order again. No sign of any apology or sympathy. Just "here you go." And she turned around and walked off. There is a big difference between the environment and atmosphere between the day shift and the night shift. The day shift says thank you, they recognize regulars and say things like see you next week. Etc. The night shift barely acknowledges your presence. The children working there and in charge there are in no way concerned about providing a good customer experience."

"I ordered a pizza yesterday and when it was delivered I opened the box and it looked horrible. Even took a pic. Then went ahead and made a insurance complaint that was totally ignored. Great managent you guys have there. Glad your driver's are happy to drop peoples pizzas and then still delivery them with no problem. Where did peoples integrity go?"
