"We come here all the time and always love it! Tonight we definitely didn’t love it at all. Our waitress took our order and instead of going to get my soup she disappeared outside and then after being out there for 5 minutes came back and said that all that soup was gone. So I got the salad instead no big deal I suppose. While making my salad she touched her hair 2 different times then proceeded to dump croutons into her hand and put them on my salad. By the time our actual meals got to us they were cold. Between ordering and our food coming we only saw the waitress once."

"Appreciate the awesome Customer Service! Have had many different Breakfast items, which are very good. Recently had the Fish Fillet Dinner, which I liked very much. Besides the yummy Breakfasts I will especially return for the Fish Dinner over Cracker Barrel from now on..."

"Stood for 5 minutes then we were told to sit ourselves, sat for another 10 minutes before anyone approached our table. No menus, no drinks, no silverware, no service. Every waitress but ours looked at us but didn't bother acknowledging or seeing if they could bring us menus. I quit coming here because of the lack of quality service. Had to ask for a menu to even order drinks, then had to wait. Brought my drink out wrong. Finally got to order food but that took another 10-15 minutes before she came back to our table. Our daughter ordered a meal with a salad and we had to go ask her for the salad because she forgot. And she's rude and disrespectful. Told us she would get another waitress if we are unsatisfied with her. The restaurant isn't that busy and we have had to ask her to do her job. Stall sourdough toast, she forgot my husband's orange juice, forgot my toast. Service was awful, her attitude was worse. And this is not good customer service. The first person that spoke to us was a bus boy that said we could sit anywhere. It's a shame this is what our children are learning. Your customer should never be made to feel like they are inconveniencing you.. which she made us feel. Because we vocalized our unhappiness she never tried to make us feel anything other than we are bothering her."

"I highly recommend the Chicken Fried Steak dinner. I started the meal with a scrumptious bowl of New England clam chowder. The amount of food for such a reasonable price will have us returning frequently. It was cheaper to eat here (for 2 people) than it was for us to order pizza & wings and have it delivered. The portions were so large that we got "to- go" boxes. So we will actually get 2 meals each out of this visit. It's not a fancy place, just a laid-back, plain atmosphere. No need to dress up. The staff was friendly. So, if you're in Caldwell, be sure to check it out. They also have terrific breakfast and lunch items on the menu."

"Sunrise has gotten better since Keith returned. The shrimp and fish are both very good. Today, tried the California Scramble and it was delicious! Gina took great care of us, as always."
