"3/5/2024 at about 7:00pm on E Homedale Road in Caldwell One of the delivery drivers driving a small black suv almost ran us off the road in snowy conditions. Tailgating us way too closely and then when we went to turn did not hardly slow down. When they passed us, I could see them giving us a scowl rather then watching the road. Generally shouldn't tailgate while driving a vehical with the company logo/sign on it. When we called to complain, the kid on the other end of the line could have cared less. Poor customer service and dangerous driving make this a bad choice for a pizza delivery service."

"Ordered a pizza and other items for my children while i was at the hospital with my wife. Order showed delivered but when I got home no pizza had been delivered. I called and explained my issue and they could have cared less saying it was "coupon night". They made no attempt to make it right even though we are regular customers. They took my money and never gave me any product. We will NEVER order from this dominoes EVER AGAIN!!! I am still in disbelief about how inept and uncaring they were, even the manager. Just unbelievable!!! I also wanted to add that the AI generated response below is for appearances only. I emailed them and got NO response!!! Give this restaurant what they want.....fewer customers!!!"

"Ordered a Pizza from this location before a softball game so my kids could eat a quick and easy meal.. an hour and a half later I called because it was past the time they said it would be delivered and they said they were just barely getting the items into the oven. I had to cancel the order and fed my kids a quick bowl of cereal because of the poor communication and service. Never been so disappointed in dominos. And contacted customer service and no one ever got back to me also."

"You either get air bubbled crispy pizza (no cheese it's so crisp) or pizza SATURATED in grease. It's always something. Half the time they can't cut pizza. Or it's smudged to one side of the box like it was dropped. Hair even. They sit on the back or off to the side and keep you purposely waiting. One girl told me to wait then put her headphone back in and started making another pizza, all she had to do was hand me my pizza. Pay is so much higher now and seems like the effort And customer service is non existant. They don't deserve the higher pay."
