"Came through tonight in the drive-thru placed an order for $32 and some change. Not only did we have to wait an extensively long time, but when we got home we discovered the chicken Swiss bacon sandwich I had ordered was almost inedible. The chicken was hard as a rock and burnt. It had a smell to it. My burger bun was drenched. So nasty. And the hugest handful of lettuce. It made it look like there wasn't even chicken on the sandwich. For $32 some odd dollars the quality of the food should be so much better. I felt like I got ripped off."
