"The restaurant was unable to make a couple of the items we ordered due to supply chain issues, which happens. When I came into the restaurant to get my refund, Isaac gave the best customer service that I could ask for. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, with a smile on his face the entire time. We will definitely be coming back!"
"First time we've eaten here and it was pretty ok. Was neat to get fries with a burrito. I asked for recommendation and the server gave details as to what sold the best so we got it. Totally weirded out that this place has better french fries than all of the fast food burger joints. Will put it on our list of places we can go too. Food came out super fast and was good."
"I ordered off the mobile app and had it delivered to my apartment.I ordered the queso loaded nachos and asked for jalapeños and I got jalapeños and no queso! My nachos were ice cold the delivery driver was super nice and friendly"
"I usually look forward to eating at a del taco but the food was disappointing. The chicken tacos were smashed and on the small side for being as expensive as they are. And they charged me for 2 fries when I only ordered one. I got 2 fries but I couldn't even eat them so it was a waste of money. They need to re-evaluate their quality of food or at least the preparation of the food and maybe I'll come back. Update: I ordered chicken tacos and got a taco with almost no chicken what the heck is going on with this place? I want chicken in a chicken taco. The quality of this place is struggling."
"The workers here are awesome! They didn't complain one bit about my big order, and it was ready in like 2 or 3 minutes. My mouth is still blissfully on fire from the hot sauce, but it's not too extreme. If I could rate this a 10 out of 10, I would definitely give it some generic number rating, but my taste buds speak louder.. you're just gonna have to try it for yourself. You foolish worm. I will END you like I ended those 8 tacos. BUY THEIR FOOD! NOW! YOU WORTHLESS ANIMALS! It's kind of a good decision... a great one actually."
