"DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I had previously boarded my dog at a kennel-type setting, and I just didn't like that environment for him. Cozy Pet Hotel has adorable rooms (with security cameras so staff can keep an eye on them) to keep your dog calm and quiet. They also have amazing playrooms. Another thing I have noted any time I have walked in is that it always smells clean! (Which can be hard to do when you're housing animals!) My dog seemed to have a great time, I loved having an email update with pictures. He has not been socialized well, but I think this experienced helped open him up a little bit. Everyone who works there seems to love their jobs and what they do. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs an animal boarded, and I will be bringing Auggie to them any time I need them in the future!"
"My baby Gizmo loves to stay here! And the staff doesn’t seem to mind when I call and check on her to get reports on how she’s doing. When I pull up, Gizmos tail is going 100 mph because she knows she’s about to have a vacation too!"
"Highly recommend Cozy Pet Hotel. My precious Lulu was well taken care of. I received email and pics when she was there to update me on Lulu’s well being. The staff also showed compassion when I picked up Lulu. I could tell by Lulu’s reaction with the staff that she reciprocated the staff’s friendship."
