"Lakesha the manager is very rude and does not have good customer service. She was lying to me when I was trying to pick up my RX saying I had to only pay cash as their insurance system was down. Also when I asked about using my good Rx card she said the system accepted one coupon but not the other and then saying their good rx systems were down. How is that possible when u just said it accepted one but not the other. Full of lies. Then she called the police in me saying I was being hostile when I literally have COVID, influenza b and pneumonia and barely have a voice. She was the one being rude using her hands to talk and saying "either your going to deal with it and pay cash or wait here until we close to see if our system comes back up.""

"Poor service. Paid for 4x4 prints, they cost more that 4x6. They tried to hand me 4x6 with 2 inches of wasted paper for me to cut off at home. Was very put out when I wanted them cut in store"

"They didn't update our app or let us know when something was in. We go in to get the prescription and they don't have my wife's profile. They didn't have our insurance or anything else saved, they said that is why they didn't inform us or have it ready... (*we have been using this location and other walgreens for years) We drove 20 minutes to pick it up and it's not ready. They said to give them 45 minutes... fast forward 4.5 hours later and when I show up they are closed for lunch??? Fast forward another hour later. I drive through and it's not ready... have to sit and wait, then I am informed they do not have the full script in stock and we will only be able to get a partial fill or wait. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent!"

"I waited for over an HOUR after my appointment time to get a vaccine! I had reserved the second time slot available that morning in hopes that the early appointments would be running close to on time, but they were already that far behind. The staff also helped all of the customers who came in after me with their prescription questions & refills before even beginning to print my paperwork or prepare my shots. I know that pharmacies can be busy at times & I would have completely understood a reasonable wait time, but I was one of the first people to check in and the very last person that they helped. That was a ridiculous amount of time to wait after my scheduled appointment time slot!"
