"I appreciate the convenience of this smaller location, but I didn’t like the fact that I ordered an item as a back up and They canceled that part of my order because they said it wasn’t in stock Nor was my back up. So I had to go inside of the store and Look for similar item, justify the item I ordered on the shelf. I also don’t understand why they put clearance tags on items with less than a dollar’s discount. Glade and Febreze plug-ins should have 50% or more markdowns; Or more. I don’t know what they’re doing but they need to quit."
"Not happy at all!!!.. where is my negative star!?!?.. Target is requiring to scan your driver's license to purchase Therma Flu!! They cane up with this on their own folks!! I have too many options in Belton to buy goods for you to be carding me for shelf medicine. You maybe have the right to card, and deny if I refuse, and I have the right not to shop here anymore. If you want a system to know when, and where, and what you are buying, then go to Target. Otherwise, beware!!"
"Clean store, friendly associates...even took us directly to what we were looking for instead of just pointing 'over there'. Only self check out's were open due to staffing shortages and the person helping us check out got us the online price discount for an item, cool. We did have rouge cart that didn't like to turn left very well and about every 6 feet it would bog or drag then back to normal...weird slacker cart, don't use the one pictured...it's stubborn."
"I returned an iPhone and upgraded to a better model. The staff were amazing - it was a difficult switch due to the carrier I use. But Jesse stepped in to assist and both worked to get my new phone set up - even when iPhone insisted on upgrading the iOS before they could continue! The staff were so patient and gracious about the time it took. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism. I’ll never go anywhere else for phones. There are 5 family members on my account & all our phones were purchased at Target :)"
