"I always think a Hampton Inn is a safe bet. This one is ran down pretty bad. No coffee creamers, horrible breakfast with limited choices. I definitely would not recommend any one to stay here. Very unfortunate for a Hilton"

"Lousy for a hotel by Hilton. The remotes have options for other streaming services, login to your netflix,etc. They're all disabled. The HDMI ports so you could MAYBE watch something other than basic cable (with no TV guide) were also disabled. Why tf does the hotel disable services for their guests? Services that don't cost them anything. I PAY FOR NETFLIX NOT YOU. Tons of highway noise. The hallways are littered and heated with tiny space heaters. THIS is the image Hilton wants? Just a terrible experience. I didn't drive 8 hours to spend 4 nights in a place with no at home comforts. Let me mindlessly browse another cities local channels instead of maybe finish a show I started at home."

"The front desk was efficient at checkin and the room was clean. I was happy with the stay and felt safe. Breakfast was not great but it was available. There were portable heaters in the hall but it didn’t bother me. It didn’t impact the temperature of the room."

"Set reservations up 15 days in advance. Got to the hotel and the machine was not working to issue keys to our rooms. Although the front desk staff were tentative to our needs to get back in our rooms when we needed to and they were friendly and professional. Had to be shown three rooms before finding one that was cleaned (beds made, trash out, dirty towels replaced and removed from the room like the cleaning crew just decided to take a vacation that day. The web page said join us for happy hour M-TH but there was not bar or happy hour. There were no USB ports anywhere in the hotel so we had to go buy plug in boxes for our phones to charge them, very frustrating. We stay at the Hilton hotels because they are supposedly better than other hotels and we don’t mind paying the extra money for a better place to stay. This was not worth our money for this stay. Wi-fi was not working on our arrival but up the next day."

"Digital key worked at side entrance when we arrived, but never again at room or any entrance. Got a hard key out only worked at room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very few TV channels available. Breakfast was well stocked, but selection was somewhat limited."
