"Worst hotel I ever stayied at. This includes Europe where you have to pee in a hole in the floor. Front desk attendant barely spoke my version of English."

"I have had worse experiences with other hotels than this one. Having said that there was nothing great about this experience to make me write a good review. The floors were extremely squeaky. The room smelled of stale mildew. The walls were paper thin. I was given 2 gifts from the previous visitors, a bobby pin and a razor guard, that I did not request. And the front desk employee was completely unprofessional and was extremely unhelpful with every question I had. I am so glad I only paid for one night and even then I wish I would have done a better job researching potential alternatives to this one. I would say I'm highly disappointed but that would imply that I had high expectations for this place. Which I didn't. Just the essential basic expectations... Good customer service and a clean room. Couldn't even get the basics. Choose wisely, go elsewhere, you'll be happy you dodged this bullet of a Trainwreck."

"I tried to stay at this hotel. I booked through Expedia. When I showed up, the hotel was shut down. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I was given no indication this had occurred. Expedia has tried to contact the hotel with no luck in order to get my refund approved. They also will not answer their phone as of today, October 11, 2023. When Expedia has called, they've been told it will be 72 hours. Well, they've been told that twice. It's been 3 weeks since we first began to address this problem."

"Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Mirror had residue from past residents, ice tray dirty, musky smell in room and on bed. Most disturbing, I found animal feces under one of the night stand tables. Needs to be updated, window blind had a plastic bag as part of the blind pull, and duct tape around the smoke alarm im assuming to hold it in place. "Breakfast" had no milk available and the juice machine was completely out of order. We decided to go to a local family restaurant instead. It's a cheap hotel and close to the city, but for future occasions, I will spend the 50-100 $ more for a cleaner, more hospitable room / experience."

"Unfortunately my view on Quality Inn has diminished greatly. This was by far the worst stay at one of their locations. The only positive was the front desk staff. They were all very helpful and nice, and I feel sorry for assumed complaints they receive on a daily basis. The room was dirty and very outdated. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. I found it hard to shower due to the grime that has accumulated in the tub. The shower curtain was supposed to be white it was yellow and stained, and the faucet was broken. There was hair all over the counter and in the sink from previous occupants. I do not feel the need to describe the toilet as it was in a similar condition. We did not receive fresh towels during the nights we stayed. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff did anything in our room. I'm usually a positive person, but I needed to leave feedback to warn future customers. Play it safe and find another hotel."
