"Clean well lit building. Interior -Carpets have gum stuck to them and the carpet is looking soiled. Handicap parking slots, handicap access. Restrooms available. Went in for a prescription. Staff was fast and friendly."
"This pharmacy has the rudest people I have ever seen.. The pharmacy doesn't want to help you at all. They are very degrading and make you feel like you are incompetent.. will be moving to another pharmacy. Absolutely horrible customer service.. Maybe corporate should send in mystery shoppers to see first hand how that pharmacy is.. and don't even think of asking help with good Rx for cheaper prescriptions because that would be effort to help your customers."
"Awful experience. Got medicine for my eye infection turning to blindness sent on Friday, and waited 2 hrs for it to be received at the CVS. They let me know they have no record of the prescription being sent, though I have the proof of the medication being sent from my doc. Now it’s Monday and I have an appointment to look at my blindness. For the sake of your health and sanity, choose a different pharmacy."
"This place sucks. My first time and will be my last. You can't even call to see if your prescription is ready or not. This is ridiculous. Can't fill a prescription in 4 hours,,something is wrong. Plus I live 20 miles away one way. Never again. I will continue to use Walmart pharmacy. I'm driving all the way back to Belton to get my prescriptionand take to Walmart. Y'all need much better service than what your giving."
