"Roachs!! Don’t move in!"

"I move in back in 2019ish, and moved out around 2022. We went through various mangers who cared about none of us. Even though they come spray from time to time, the roaches never leave. It was cheap, and I wasn’t with anyone so it was okay for awhile. I had tons of problems with AC in summers. I had plumbing issues constantly. I had to continue calling, and walking over to the office for someone to take ownership. The neighbors were nice people, but they didn’t always respect everyone. They would invite friends over, and have a live dj and party all night at times. Kids running in and out knocking on doors. We used keys to outside door, but someone would prop door open in winter making apartments really cold. This guy named, Houston came there from CO to clean it up. He hired a security team, and really put value back to it. Houston was only temporary. He had a specific job to restore life to the place, and then he was off. It was like a ghost town when he came, but he made people want to move in again. They modified all the empty units, and got rid of the homeless living in units. The next team came, and raised the rent of the current tenants which didn’t get upgraded apartments. They had no people skills, and would close the blinds to the office even on rent day. You occasionally catch him (Chris I think) or his wife walking around the grounds. Everything was through the maintenance man (Chris Green). Very nice and helpful guy. When I moved out, there was no inspection or exit review. They wouldn’t call me back, text me back-they just went off the grid. I guess they didn’t want to deal with me getting any deposit money back. My wife and I cleaned up really good, and took pictures. We reached out to the maintenance man, CG- and he told us where we could leave the keys for him. I wouldn’t treat no human being the way they treated me. I’m someone who pays their bills, and keeps a low profile."
