"NEVER RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!! Property manager/office lady DEBBIE is extremely disrespectful, does not care about how her tenants are living, REFUSES TO FIX WATER HEATERS so we went without hot water until we left, keep in mind the water heater also started leaking water so it flooded our WHOLE floor, and the rain flooded our bedroom floor proceeding with mold in the closets and on our floors. Our neighbors also dealt with the same issues. Our lease was 12 months, we left the 11th month because she WOULD NOT HELP US. She then proceeded to take $500-$700 worth of my makeup, probably sold it because she’s a broke old bat, that was still in the apartment and I haven’t seen ANY REIMBURSEMENT. And WE are the ones sent to collections because we were living in UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS and left? Ridiculous & at this point we can take this lady to court. Debbie I hope you see this you broke ho"
"DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM BRENTWOOD PART APARTMENTS!!!- The property manager, lady is the rudest ever!! She charged a tenant for the plumbing that they were having problems since they moved in last year. Every time you try to talk to her about anything she’s very dismissive and short with you she’s very Nick picking and oh she also charged a tenant for throwing away a lot of small trash bag from cleaning out their apartment. I have plenty of time seen other tenants throw away furniture and etc on the outside of the dumpsters and I’m sure she didn’t charge them. She also have people who live at the apartments report false information just to be kinda a bully. Also a tenant who lives their had their new potential property manager contact her about their current resident history there and even the new property manager said that the woman at Brentwood Park apartment was very rude on the phone. This lady needs to be removed from the office and reported Immediately"
