"The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The previous persons soap and empty shampoo bottle was still in the shower and the toilet paper roll was empty. It made me wonder if they just made the beds between guests versus actually wiping things down. The door to the room wouldn’t self close either. We didn’t notice right away as it did try to close. The pool didn’t have any towels either and the area looked like an afterthought. You couldn’t take the breakfast up to your room, which was a bummer even though it was just paper plates and cups. While it wasn’t the hotels fault the area didn’t seem the best surrounding it. When checking out no one was at the desk or in the office. I had to search to find someone and finally found someone at the breakfast area. I asked if we needed to do anything and she said no just leave the keys there. We were anxious to get back on the road and didn’t want to wait any longer so I just left the keys."

"Everything was absolutely fantastic at this hotel. The rooms were clean, they put me in a room on the end on the top floor away from everyone else, and the breakfast was actually good which is rare for hotel chains."

"We made a reservation over the phone. I wasn't told until the END of the call that I would be charged $118 IMMEDIATELY, and it was non refundable. We were charged over $30 MORE than what she said. When my boyfriend called to resolve this issue, she denied this, insisted I made the reservation online, and hung up on him. Do NOT stay here. They scammed us out of $150. Never again. Updated to say, I dealt with corporate. They confirmed that I made the reservation over the phone and was quoted the wrong price. Still, they could not refund my money or cancel my reservation. I called the hotel again, I was called a liar, I was insulted repeatedly, I was yelled at. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this business."
