"I have live here the past six years. This complex has been in decline ever since Fred sold it. We haven't had management that cared or had the financial means behind them to make a difference. Now we have Sally, whom really cares about the tenants and our living conditions. With any cooperation between the owners and Sally, a experienced and well organized person, we should do fine. "Ms.Sally is awsome she is the manager here an goes above an beyond for the tenates that are here.Even if she is off she will do her best to get your problem resolved. Aalso she is working very haard to clean up the apts aan making sure she is renting to great people . "They dont care about the condition of the place. People's apartments keep flooding through the pipes. They say they are going to fix things but months later still not fixed..Laundry room is locked up and cant be used. City has been here several times righting this place up and they still wont comply. No one is ever in the office nor can be reached. You have to email them and cross your fingers they read it and maybe do something."
