"I lived here in 07 and i llllloovvvved it..up until i started getting blamed for people coming out the woods..altercations my neighbors had and Brooke mistaking me for my Aunt when my aunt came to visit she decided to throw a few items in the trash bin outside by the benches but was told by BROOKE TO REMOVE IT!! LOL my aunt told asked "why r these containers here if you dont want trash in it would you rather i litter..if you want it out u get it yourself!! from that point on i was targeted by BROOKE who claimed she was afraid of me ..not to mention my neighbor who i got notices because of and also became a close friend of mine WAS KILLED IN HIS PLACE UP ABOVE ME!! If the staff would have listened to me id probably still be there and him alive!!! RIP JAY BIRD!!!"
"Love these apartments! I've lived in apartments in Lenexa and Overland Park and these apartments are by far the nicest apartments for the price. 2 bed rooms for $656.00 and very spacious. Try getting a deal like that somewhere else with a nice comfortable and quiet surrounding. The office are very kind and helpful. Wonderful Staff! The maintenance people for the most part do a pretty good job attending to your needs. They're has been cases when I've had to call them more than 3 times to fix my toilet correctly which they eventually end up fixing it properly. The only down fall is having one dumpster for the complex. I really hope they can fix that issue because it does get exhausting having to drive just to throw your trash away. I would recommend Briarwood Gardens to everybody I know. Grandview police patrol the area on a regular so it's very safe also. I will certainly be renewing my lease this month."

"I love my stay here. The staff are very friendly and the tenants are quiet for the most part. I don't like that there is only one dumpster for the entire complex and it seems like i have to drive a mile to take out the trash. Overall the apartments are beautiful and great for the price. I just wish they weren't income capped. Because i got a promotion at work now i make too much money to stay here."
