"The buildings at Candlelite Apartments are not the newest, they are not the fanciest but they certainly do what they are meant to do. I've been in situations where I find myself behind on rent, I have paid it a few days past the due date and they still don't charge me any extra late fees. I truly appreciate that because every penny counts. I have called Candlelite Apartments my home for over a year now and I have nothing but good recommendations about this place. There is no such thing as perfection, but the management team and staff at Candlelite are really good at doing their best. They're good people and they do provide a great service and a living experience."

"I moved here after my divorce. Need something affordable and close to my kids. The ppl are nice and will work with you no matter the circumstances. But the only big problem I have is with the roaches. When I first moved in, you couldn’t even tell they were around. I started to see one here and there thinking it’s just some dirty neighbors. Called the office, they came and sprayed. Not too long afterwards they came back. No matter how many times I sprayed, they sprayed, and bomb the apartment, they kept coming. I been here 2 years and it gradually got worse. To the point where everyday I come home, I’m killing roaches. They’re coming from the ceilings, floors, and I even think the drain since that’s where I see them the most is the kitchen sink. I enjoyed living here when I was at my lowest. But no one should live like this. Especially with kids."
